- 1lb pkg min is standard for Sausage and Bacon. Spare Ribs are always included
- We will call when your meat is complete and ready for pickup, approx. 2-4 weeks
- Pick up all meat within 7 days of completion/phone call. Freezer fee waived for 7 day pickups
- The Meat Shop is not liable for any meat not picked up after 7 days of completion
Hog Cutting Instructions
Please fill out the form below to let us know how you would like your hog processed within 24-48 hours of slaughter. We will call when it is completely ready for pickup. Please do not fill out the form until your ranch animal is in the shop. You will be called when your order is ready for pickup. 2-4 weeks on average.
If you are only getting 1/2, make sure another form is filled out by the person you are sharing with.
Fair Animals can fill out the form immediately once you have your ear tag number on your form after purchasing it on Sunday.
Warning….most Hogs under 140lbs (hanging weight) are too lean for bacon, they should weigh at least 180-200lbs ……exception Guinea Hogs should only weigh 100lbs at full size!
